Return & Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window may not be accepted if the order has already been packed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact us through the provided phone number during working hours.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective item
- You received the wrong product
To ensure fair verification, customers must provide a clear unboxing video showing:
- The unopened package
- Opening of the package in a single continuous video
- The issue with the product
Without an unboxing video, refund requests cannot be accepted.
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
Actual refund credit time may depend on your bank, payment method, or Razorpay’s processing time.
Non-Returnable Items
Perfumes that have been opened, used, tested, or sprayed do not qualify for returns or refunds due to hygiene and authenticity reasons.
Only completely unused and sealed products (if applicable) qualify under the rules mentioned above.
